The role
Lead the design, development, and scaling of a modern agentic AI application powering an AI assistant across multiple product surfaces.
Implement features using TypeScript and modern AI practices, including context engineering, evaluation, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Collaborate across product and engineering teams to integrate the AI assistant into workflows and ensure accurate information delivery.
Create and maintain robust evaluation suites to measure topic coverage, accuracy, and user impact; analyze usage and model performance to identify knowledge gaps.
Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on resilience and scalability, and participate in code reviews and advocating software craftsmanship.
Share your work through talks and articles, and collaborate with engineers known for technical excellence and mutual respect.
