The role
Lead and oversee the Forensic Investigations (FI) team, directing forensic accounting and analyses in complex internal investigations.
Provide expert input on AML policies and procedures and collaborate with Controllership and Treasury to ensure effective implementation.
Coordinate with e-Discovery, Enterprise Technology, Information Management, and Litigation teams to secure timely access to data.
Distill critical facts into clear, actionable deliverables for attorneys and external counsel while upholding confidentiality.
Develop FI practice designs, leverage technology to increase efficiency, and manage data collection, preservation, and chain of custody.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor staff, and liaise with external counsel on high-profile investigations.
