The role
Lead ML research and the science roadmap for multiple LLM-powered conversational ad projects.
Build PoCs, optimize models, and deploy production solutions while running rigorous online experiments.
Analyze experiment data to derive actionable insights and communicate results to senior leadership.
Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to design end-to-end solutions that monetize marketplace properties while enhancing shopper experience.
Explore new ML approaches, contribute to the ML community, and participate in internal and external events.
Mentor scientists and engineers, attract top talent, and guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
