The role
Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 AI engineers and researchers, fostering excellence and high performance.
Translate cutting-edge computer vision research into robust, production-ready ADAS-like features such as lane keeping and collision warning.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through in-field deployment and continuous optimization.
Actively shape roadmaps, make technical decisions, and ensure reliability, performance, and safety in real-world conditions.
Coach, develop, and evaluate individual contributors, building a culture of learning and shared ownership.
Collaborate with Product, Hardware, and other partners to align strategy, architecture, and delivery, and stay at the forefront of AI and CV advances.
