The role
We’re seeking a Construction Estimator to review and build detailed estimates using Xactimate and Symbility.
Review job-site information, create ground-up estimates from digital sources, and provide feedback with well-justified line-item notes.
Collaborate with the VP of Construction to develop SOPs and process maps that streamline estimating.
This in-office Windsor, WI role offers partial remote work opportunities, with a salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus up to a 20% bonus.
Requirements include expert Xactimate and Symbility proficiency, 5+ years of experience (10+ preferred), and TPAs experience; ability to handle high volume and tight deadlines.
Nice-to-have: Matterport 3D scanning experience, and the ability to train estimators and communicate with project managers and insurance adjusters.
