The role
Design and ship end-to-end AI-powered products that meaningfully improve creative workflows for short-form video.
Integrate state-of-the-art models with internal research to unlock new product experiences.
Measure and improve system quality in production through experiments, evaluation frameworks, and real-world feedback.
Architect intelligent behavior by defining how models gather context, make decisions, and operate at scale.
Collaborate across product, ML, and systems engineering to define how models are used and iterated.
Requires 5+ years of industry experience, a track record in production ML, and strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
