The role
As a Luxury Beauty Advisor, you will engage with clients to deliver an elevated shopping experience and achieve cosmetic and event sales goals.
Use your beauty industry knowledge and service tools to guide clients with personalized recommendations.
Ask insightful questions, identify needs, and provide professional makeup consultations and applications.
Maintain a high level of service by cultivating strong client relationships and cross-selling across product lines.
Leverage online clienteling tools and social media (e.g., Instagram) to grow your personal brand and client base, while following up to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with teammates, maintain counter standards, and adapt communication styles to ensure a welcoming, efficient store experience.
