The role
Lead end-to-end analysis of people data across HRIS, ATS, surveys, and business systems.
Own the Crunchr analytics platform and drive the internal product roadmap for people analytics.
Partner with business leaders to diagnose challenges and translate insights into actionable decisions.
Productize people insights for regular decision-making by People teams and senior leaders.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses on hiring, retention, performance, and culture, and build data models to understand retention and performance.
Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance while applying strong quantitative methods and innovative thinking.
