Deliver compassionate care and comfort, maintaining a calm presence even in challenging situations.
Provide crisis intervention for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, offering reassurance and practical support.
Drive ambulances when required, ensuring safe, smooth and timely journeys.
Complete accurate handovers and essential paperwork, capturing risk histories and current presentations for continuity of care.
Follow safeguarding policies, participate in mandatory training, check vehicles and equipment before journeys, and build respectful relationships with patients and partner agencies.
