The role
We are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to deliver critical electrical and mechanical maintenance across manufacturing facilities.
Perform planned preventive maintenance, inspections, service, and repairs on hydraulic machinery, bearings, shafts, conveyors, motors, inverters, 3-phase electrics, and PLCs.
Contribute to continuous process improvement by developing and implementing better maintenance solutions.
Hours include a 4 on 4 off and 5 on 5 off pattern with days and nights, guaranteeing two weekends off each month.
Requirements include an Advanced Apprenticeship or Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent), City & Guilds in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, 18th edition, and strong Health & Safety awareness.
Benefits include base salary up to £56k, 5% KPI bonus, pension matched to 10%, share options, and comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
