The role
A HCPC registered psychologist is sought to provide assessments, formulations, and interventions for children and young people with complex needs including trauma, autism, and SEMH in Nuneaton. The role involves offering consultation, reflective practice, and training to multidisciplinary teams, supporting trauma-informed care, and service development within a specialist residential setting. Candidates should hold a Doctorate in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational Psychology. Experience with children having neurodevelopmental conditions and SEMH is essential, particularly within residential or educational environments. The position is permanent, part-time, and offers an annual pro-rata salary of a370,000. The setting promotes a trauma-informed, psychologically supportive environment for vulnerable children, requiring a compassionate and skilled psychologist to join their team.
