The role
Provide legal support across donor and grant agreements, services agreements, and research collaboration agreements, including data sharing and confidentiality agreements.
Advise on regulatory filings, data privacy, government contracting, and sanctions compliance as part of a small, collaborative team.
Draft and negotiate technology and commercial agreements, with oversight of IP, international law, employment, and real estate matters as needed.
Coordinate with internal clients in Population Health Science, Research Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Finance, Communications, and Operations, and support external partners such as foundations and universities.
Assist with legal operations and knowledge management to maintain efficient contract lifecycles and compliance programs.
Enjoy a balanced hybrid schedule with reasonable hours while contributing to biomedical discovery and health improvements.
