The role
Advise on complex restructuring transactions, distressed M&A, and strategic matters for a diverse client base.
Structure and negotiate sophisticated deals, manage multi-party workstreams, and deliver pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
Ideal candidates have two to six years of experience, with bankruptcy experience strongly preferred.
BIGLAW backgrounds in finance or M&A transaction practices and bankruptcy clerkships are encouraged.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to responsiveness and precision.
Based in Charlotte or willing to relocate to ensure full integration with the team.
