The role
Provide logistical support to the RSD team to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Coordinate shipping and receiving of CIB sets and IT Go Boxes for events, including tracking and stocking as needed.
Order, maintain, and reconcile all RSD supply inventories; complete inventory sheets and build or restock CIBs as required.
Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
Process carrier claims for damaged or missing shipments and analyze missed shipments to prevent recurrence.
Respond to customer inquiries with excellent communication, maintain meticulous records, and work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
