The role
Lead, design, and deliver data science engagements for Indonesian clients, defining scope and methodology and building scalable analytics solutions.
Prepare and present clear insights and recommendations to clients, translating complex models into measurable business value.
Build and nurture relationships with partners, clients, and analytics teams to drive adoption and track impact.
Ensure consistency, standards, and quality control across all data science work, with up-to-date project documentation.
Mentor and supervise data scientists, promote new methodologies, and contribute to thought leadership and IP creation.
Manage multiple analytics projects in a matrix organization within a hybrid work setting, balancing stakeholders and timelines.
