The role
Lead infrastructure resiliency initiatives, including recovery mechanisms, tenant isolation, and load spike handling.
Improve observability and operability across services to ensure rapid detection and resolution of incidents.
Build performance-critical, real-time event processing pipelines and related backend infrastructure.
Plan scaling strategies to support large and growing customer bases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable product features and improve risk mitigation.
Mentor engineers on best practices for observability, rollout strategies, and incident response, while maintaining a customer-centric mindset.
