The role
Seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of plaintiff-side experience in mass tort, class action, and commercial litigation to join our Houston team.
Manage and contribute to all phases of litigation, including motion practice, depositions, court hearings, mediations, and settlements.
Lead trial preparation, develop persuasive written and oral arguments, and maintain a client-focused approach.
Collaborate across a dynamic Litigation Group to handle sophisticated matters across various industries.
