The role
Lead the design and scaling of distributed ML infrastructure to support ultra-realistic, multi-agent simulations and billion-parameter foundation models.
Provide technical leadership on large-scale model architectures, bridging data engineering, model development, and deployment for autonomous-vehicle simulations.
Own end-to-end ML systems across the lifecycle, from data generation and preprocessing to training, optimization, and deployment on accelerator platforms.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate product and research goals into measurable technical deliverables with measurable impact.
Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and drive performance profiling and compute efficiency improvements.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and realism validation for simulation-based testing and training workflows.
