The role
A Principal Product Manager is required to oversee buyer growth strategies across multiple platforms, including onbuy, easyshop and comet. The role involves defining roadmaps, prioritising commercial opportunities, and working with design and technology teams to enhance search, discovery, basket, checkout and conversion processes with measurable results. The successful candidate should possess strong product management skills, technical competence in relevant tools and methodologies, and experience in e-commerce or digital environments. They will operate in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment, with a focus on user experience optimisation and data-driven decision-making. This role offers a strategic leadership position without direct reports, reporting directly to the CEO.
