The role
The on-site Event Manager serves as the primary customer contact during events, coordinating with security, catering, house technicians, maintenance, and other teams to deliver exceptional service within building policies.
Implements event plans using room booking software, event reports, and work orders while tracking space usage and equipment requests.
Coordinates event details and services across departments and with external vendors during load-in, setup, and load-out; communicates changes as needed.
Enforces building policies and safety procedures, overseeing guests, vendors, equipment, and staff to ensure safe egress from the building.
Provides basic technical and setup support, inputs post-event data, and generates reports to inform future events.
This is a part-time, on-site role with hours varying by the event schedule and requires proficiency with computers and two-way radios.
