The role
The Administrative Manager oversees administrative, operational, and financial activities for an inpatient unit, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Plans major schedules, assigns tasks, and allocates staff, space, and equipment to meet department goals.
Manages contracts and grants, maintains records, reports, and controls expenditures per policies and sponsor requirements.
Recommends changes in policies to ensure regulatory and organizational guideline compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assists in budgeting, fiscal planning, and monitoring expenditures; prepares financial analyses and reports for decision making.
Serves as liaison with administration, faculty, and external partners; supports quality assurance, accreditation readiness, and program development.
