The role
Lead field-based sales for the prostate biopsy and core needle portfolio across the North East and North West regions, with ongoing travel and on-site support.
Develop and nurture relationships with Urology Surgeons, Radiologists, and Advanced Nurse Practitioners to promote advanced biopsy solutions.
Introduce new procedural approaches, expand into lung, liver, and soft tissue applications, and identify growth opportunities.
Provide hands-on clinical training and organize workshops to enhance clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with procurement and clinical partners to craft value-based propositions and support tender processes.
Utilize CRM to manage accounts, monitor performance, and achieve measurable sales targets.
