The role
Lead and scale end-to-end ML-driven driving models with state-of-the-art performance, robustness, and generalization for autonomous driving.
Drive personalization and collaborative driving features, including behavior conditioning, comfort tuning, and user alignment.
Design and implement evaluation pipelines and metrics for both closed-loop and open-loop product readiness.
Curate real-world and synthetic data to maximize scenario diversity, coverage, and feature development.
Influence architecture choices, training methodologies, and deployment paths for production-scale learning systems.
Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fast iteration and seamless integration.
