The role
An in-house opportunity exists for a commercially minded solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to work within a large infrastructure and services company in Greater Manchester. The role involves advising on commercial legal and contractual issues across the business, with potential involvement in projects, construction, governance, and corporate secretarial duties. Close collaboration with the General Counsel and legal team is expected to provide broad exposure to legal matters within the organisation. The position requires a versatile solicitor with strong commercial awareness and adaptability to a diverse legal environment. The role offers hybrid working, with most staff working 3-4 days in the office, supported by a comprehensive benefits package.
