The role
Lead the data engineering function to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-scale data platforms.
Architect distributed data systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Mentor and grow a high-performing data engineering team; conduct code and design reviews.
Own end-to-end delivery of large data projects, driving planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
Evaluate and adopt emerging cloud, streaming, and AI integration technologies; ensure robust production systems with SLAs.
Collaborate with product, analytics, and security teams to deliver data products enabling AI agents and automated workflows.
