The role
Prepare accurate power, lighting, and fire alarm construction drawings and specifications.
Perform construction administration, including submittal reviews and revisions during construction.
Develop preliminary schematics through final designs for projects, including calculations, equipment selection, and layouts.
Conduct code research and apply codes to design solutions.
Interface with other disciplines, clients, and contractors to lead projects to successful completion.
Provide leadership and mentorship to production staff while helping manage budgets, schedules, and quality.
