The role
Join the Corporate Finance team focused on Gaming, Leisure & Lodging as an Investment Banking Analyst I.
Support senior bankers with industry-focused client development, deal origination, and execution across debt, equity, and M&A.
Perform extensive financial modeling and scenario analysis for multiple transaction opportunities.
Conduct thorough company and industry research and develop data-driven pitch materials and CIMs.
Collaborate with Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, and M&A product groups to craft financing and strategic options.
Lead project management tasks, coordinate due diligence, and contribute to client meetings and marketing materials.
