The role
Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud platform solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Lead VMware-based infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization for reliability and efficiency.
Automate infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Implement monitoring and alerting to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with software, DevOps, and product teams to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship while enforcing security, IAM, encryption, and auditing best practices.
