The role
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables to drive on-time completion. Lead budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking to stay within approved budgets. Efficiently allocate materials, equipment, and personnel; develop and maintain realistic schedules and coordinate subcontractors. Manage contracts, procurement, change orders, risk mitigation, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Facilitate clear communication among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams; resolve issues promptly. Oversee project closeout, inspections, and client handover with thorough documentation and a smooth transition to operations.
