The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models to tackle complex risk and fraud challenges.
Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, software engineers, and business partners to translate needs into production-ready AI solutions.
Build and operate end-to-end ML pipelines, ensure data quality, versioning, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring in production.
Drive cross-functional adoption, balance innovation with regulatory requirements, and align ML work with measurable business impact.
Mentor and grow a high-performing ML team, guiding projects and fostering technical excellence and career development.
Operate in a hybrid environment with emphasis on collaboration, reliability, and customer-centric risk management.
