The role
Lead the Accounting and Financial Reporting teams to deliver accurate, timely financial outputs.
Drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and robust internal controls.
Ensure statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements and support audit processes.
Develop and implement strategies to improve performance against targets and KPIs while managing staff development.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align finance activities with business goals and identify cost savings and revenue opportunities.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex accounting issues and maintain high standards of service delivery.
