Senior Key Account Manager – Killingworth

A leading print and packaging organisation is seeking an experienced senior key account manager to oversee client services and ensure high standards of support for important accounts. The role involves supervising daily team activities, coaching staff to adhere to standardised processes, resolving customer queries efficiently, and working collaboratively with internal teams across departments such as Estimating, Job Creation, Planning, Production, Finance, and Commercial. The successful candidate will lead the customer service team, manage key client accounts, mentor colleagues, and support technical and process-related enquiries. Experience in a customer service or client services leadership position within the print or packaging sectors is essential, along with coaching skills and familiarity with technical customer interactions. The role is office-based and a permanent staff position offering a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
