The role
A hospitality position in Southampton seeks a dedicated server and bartender to provide excellent guest service in a busy pub setting. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, collaborating with kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness, processing payments, and assisting with food preparation. The role requires strong communication skills, good time management, and knowledge of food safety practices. Experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Confidence and the ability to build relations with customers are essential for success. The job is in person, with an hourly pay rate of £12.21 to £13.00.
