The role
Design and implement cross-system fulfilment strategies to improve operational efficiency and driver utilisation.
Lead model development for user and driver behavioural prediction using reinforcement learning, optimisation, and multi-agent systems.
Build interpretable, adaptable optimisation models and decision agents that handle multi-objectives and real-world disruptions.
Develop DL and LLM models to capture spatial-temporal patterns of dynamic marketplace conditions and inform interventions.
Collaborate with ML and backend engineers to deploy models into real-time production systems and document methodologies.
Present findings to non-technical stakeholders and maintain rigorous technical documentation.
