The role
Provide advanced IT support in a regulated environment, focusing on Windows Server, Active Directory, and cybersecurity.
Maintain and support virtualization technologies, including VMware, to ensure reliable infrastructure.
Resolve incidents and perform system maintenance, patching, and configuration management.
Work in an office-based role requiring SC clearance and UK residency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce industry standards and security controls.
Contribute to incident resolution, change management, and ongoing infrastructure optimization.
