The role
Serve as a long-term interim in-house counsel focused on global derivatives and financial services transactions.
Project-manage jurisdictional advice and coordinate summaries from local counsel.
Review index products materials, risk disclosures, license agreements, NDAs, and related governance documents.
Analyze business asks under the Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, and other securities laws; provide clear risk summaries.
Draft, review, and negotiate structured product program offering documents; perform legal research and maintain templates.
Support team operations with tracking tools, market surveys, and concise analyses of new proposals and regulatory implications.
