The role
Optimum Care (Nottm) Ltd seeks experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join its expanding clinical team in Nottingham. The role involves delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in community, residential, and specialist settings while supporting patient independence and dignity. Responsibilities include assessing care needs, administering medication, monitoring clinical conditions, responding to emergencies, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Applicants must hold current NMC registration, possess at least one year of post-registration experience, and demonstrate excellent clinical communication skills. Additional experience in community, domiciliary, or complex care, along with complex clinical skills, is desirable.
