The role
Lead the design, build, and operation of agentic AI workflows that accelerate investment research and portfolio tasks.
Partner with quantitative researchers and portfolio managers to prototype, refine, and productionize AI-enabled workflows.
Develop reusable AI skills and sub-agents with safety controls, human-in-the-loop reviews, and auditability.
Define guardrails for cost, data access, agent scope, and commit size to ensure reliable and responsible automation.
Translate complex investment workflows into clear software artifacts, balancing quality, cost, speed, and risk.
Thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and contribute to best practices for instruction-driven development and agentic workflows.
