The role
You will operate at the intersection of solution expertise and platform engineering, owning ML domains from evaluation to deployment.
Partner directly with product teams to diagnose challenges and architect effective AI solutions.
Develop blueprints, patterns, and paved roads that accelerate cross-team ML implementations.
Debug complex issues, identify root causes, and share learnings to uplift the organisation.
Balance hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking to scale enablement impact across teams.
Requires strong Python, ML frameworks, Kubernetes, data pipelines, model evaluations, and inference optimization, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
