The role
As a Senior ML Engineer for Ads, you will design and implement ML solutions powering ad ranking algorithms at scale.
You will build large-scale recommendation models and translate them into observable product features through clear specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the work serves users effectively while balancing research with practical delivery.
You will initiate and facilitate challenging technical decisions across multiple teams and translate user needs into pragmatic solutions.
The role requires 3+ years in scalable ML design; transformer-based model training, inference, and production integration are a plus.
You will engage with the broader industry as an ambassador for the platform, driving experimentation, evaluation, and responsible deployment.
