Head of Finance - FTC

Lead the production of monthly management accounts and year-end statutory reporting. Support budgeting and rolling forecasts, including cashflow projections to inform strategy. Oversee day-to-day finance operations with strong controls and compliance. Develop and lead the Finance Team, providing guidance to budget holders and senior leaders. Manage payroll, VAT, pensions, grants, bursaries, and debt management; act as a primary contact for auditors. Act as deputy for the Director of Finance when required and coordinate external reporting including DfE submissions.
