The role
Manage and conduct affirmative fraud matters, including investigation strategies and coordination with internal partners.
Lead and support internal investigations involving misconduct, policy violations, or compliance concerns.
Oversee external investigations, including responses to regulatory, civil, or law-enforcement inquiries.
Advise leadership on investigation findings, litigation risks, and strategic responses.
Coordinate and manage outside counsel, including budgets, strategy, and work product.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct discovery, interviews, and document reviews, and stay current on emerging trends related to fraud, investigations, and litigation.
