The role
Lead and support design activities for water and wastewater facilities, water distribution, and wastewater collection projects.
Collaborate with design teams through planning, permitting, design, and construction administration to deliver engineering excellence.
Provide technical direction to engineers, designers, and drafters, and coordinate with other disciplines.
Prepare agency submittals, attend kickoff and design review meetings, and manage client communications as warranted by experience.
Support project budgeting, participate in proposal work, and maintain shop drawings and RFIs during construction.
Demonstrate strong communication, initiative, collaboration, and problem-solving to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
