The role
Oversee end-to-end clinical trial supply planning and execution across multiple projects.
Coordinate sourcing, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management of investigational products and related supplies throughout the trial lifecycle.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to develop and communicate drug supply plans and timelines.
Manage depot operations, including receipt, repackaging, labeling, inventory control, distribution, temperature control, returns, and destruction.
Contribute to IRT specifications and partner with vendors to design reporting systems for drug usage, forecasting, and depot-level inventory.
Ensure strict regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP, GMP, GSP, and related standards while maintaining accuracy under tight timelines.
