The role
Lead and grow a high-performing team of AI agent engineers focused on producing scalable, secure AI agents for HR and Finance.
Own end-to-end delivery by translating business requirements with product managers and data scientists into robust technical solutions.
Collaborate with architects to ensure seamless integration with the platform and maintain enterprise-grade quality.
Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement while evaluating cutting-edge AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and LangGraph.
Implement strong testing, monitoring, and feedback loops to ensure performance, reliability, and security at scale.
Hire and mentor senior engineers, shaping a collaborative, results-driven team with a focus on impact across HR and Finance workflows.
