The role
Lead and manage complex insurance defense matters, including general liability, toxic tort, and construction defect.
Develop case strategy, analyze risk, and provide proactive, solutions-focused guidance to clients.
Handle all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to depositions, motions, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeals.
Manage matter budgets, staffing, profitability, and client reporting in alignment with billing guidelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering strategic counsel and pursuing opportunities to expand services.
Contribute to practice development and leadership through mentorship, cross-practice collaboration, and business development activities.
