The role
Lead on-site supervision for a major municipal transportation project.
Direct field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and city agencies to maintain milestones.
Review plans and specifications, manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Enforce safety programs, perform risk assessments, and uphold QA/QC procedures.
Provide leadership and mentorship to field crews to meet project objectives on time and within scope.
