The role
Join a fast-growing space tech company as a Legal Counsel, supporting a broad range of commercial and government contracting matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, supply chain, NDA, consulting, and service agreements to align legal terms with business objectives.
Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS compliance and government contracting requirements, with cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Support IP rights, indemnities, warranties, regulatory compliance, and policy development across contracts and internal processes.
Assist with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and coordination with outside counsel on litigation and investigations.
Contribute to contract management playbooks, risk mitigation, training, and cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
