The role
Lead facility engineering and operations for biotech manufacturing, prioritizing GMP-compliant infrastructure and scalable utilities.
Define and execute engineering strategy, capital projects, and facility upgrades to enable the development of innovative therapies.
Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, quality systems, and environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Provide strong leadership across teams, managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration.
Drive performance improvements through reliability, energy efficiency, risk reduction, and continuous improvement programs.
Requires 10+ years of biotech facility engineering experience and a proven track record delivering large-scale projects.
