The role
Leading HR and business operations within University College under the Director's supervision, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant HR and payroll processes.
Expert user of Workday for HR operations, coordinating benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and personnel actions.
Analyzes staffing needs, guides hiring managers through compliant recruitment, and supports high-volume student and staff recruitment.
Oversees onboarding materials, HR system maintenance, and payroll processing across multiple funding sources and grants.
Manages budget impacts of salary actions, ensures approvals align with staffing plans, and participates in audits and compliance.
Provides guidance on employee relations, offboarding, and HR communications, serving as an operational partner to the Dean's Office.
